More amazing work from Kyell. I’m not even a mild sports fan but I love this series. When football season starts I wouldn’t be surprised to catch myself watching a game for the first time in my life and actually enjoying it! If you liked the first book you won’t be disappointed here.

A Furtastic sequel to the honorable story Out of Position
the rollercoaster of emotions had me in my feelings from cover to cover and i would like to say that the ending of Out of Position flowed seamlessly into this sequel quite nicely, like taking a breath in between a sentence. i had the fortunate opportunity to read this directly after i finished out of position and that was a blessing all in itself. Because like i stated earlier, this sequel is more of a continuation than a sequel. no disruption of the original story that is commonly shown in other successful stories in order to make money. Kyell Gold seemed to have to split up the entire story of Dev and Lee into arc’s to guarantee an enjoyable reading experience. very well done again.

A really good sequel to Out of Position; In my opinion better than Out of Position. I’m not a fan of sports whatsoever, which unfortunately made the sports heavy scenes really bland and distracting to me, but that is my fault and not the fault of the book. Despite my disposition to sports, I found myself wanting to turn the page to figure out what was going to happen next.
Some of the plot twists that came up in the book were really rather predictable, one of them I called two thirds into the prequel. Some of the actions Lee makes are also somewhat dumb and had me scratching my head.
Despite these problems, the book itself is full of raw emotion and great drama. I look forward to reading the next book. If you’re a big fan of sports, or even indifferent to them, you’ll love this book much more than I ever could. If you’re not, I still suggest you give it a shot and see for yourself.
