This is Tim’s third book in the series and is all that I expected and more. I have read much of Tim’s work under his other non-de-plume and his style and capacity for world building shows through in this series.
Tim’s search for historical accuracy as well as weaving in threads of magic, hybrids, and the civil war create an enjoyable tapestry of characters.
Also.. if you are looking to buy this for more erotic material.. you will not find it. That being said you will be immersed in to a more genteel society which in it’s own way is refreshing.
I look forward to more work from Tim in this genre.
